Can an elf save Christmas?

Avery

I love being an elf.

No, really, that’s my job title. Head elf at C.O.C.O.A., where we make Christmas wishes come true for those who would otherwise do without. It means that I get to live and breathe Christmas all year long.

While coming home from an elf convention, I find myself single, stranded, and dressed like I just escaped the North Pole. That’s when I use my elfy charms to get a handsome stranger to let me tag along when he snags the last rental car and just happens to be heading my way.

It’s then I find that I can rescue him just like he’s doing for me. It might not be with Santa’s magic or a sleigh, but rather by helping him in his Christmas-loving hometown by pretending to be his girlfriend for the Yuletide Games. Now, I find myself immersed in a Survivor-style holiday competition that may test more than just my elf abilities, but also my heart.

Matthew

I promised myself I would never go back to my hometown of Gingerbread Grove, and I’ve been able to keep that promise for almost ten years. But after a call from my mom, I find myself booked on the next plane there.

Next thing I know, my flight is cancelled, I have to drive five hours in the pitch black during a snowstorm, and I find myself stuck with Avery, a hitchhiking elf.

While I cringe at all of the over-the-top Christmas requirements of the town, I find myself in the Christmas I used to love, all through my happy-go-lucky elf, who seems to find joy in pushing me outside of my comfort zone.

But when the darker side of the town starts to emerge, rumours are spread, and secrets are revealed, putting everything we’ve worked so hard for in jeopardy, including my not-so-fake feelings for my little elf.

A Christmas charity event, a cozy barn, and two best friends. Will this holiday season be the one that changes everything?

Every year, Cortney Turner volunteers at the Christmas Bonanza, a charity event held in a barn in the small town of Copper Creek. As she and her best friend, Luke Fletcher, hang decorations, she can’t help but notice the way her heart races whenever he flashes that crooked smile. Convinced he’ll never see her as anything more than a friend, she reluctantly agrees to a blind date with another man—hoping it will help her move on from Luke.

Luke Fletcher may be known around town for his successful ranch and cowboy charm, but he's spent years keeping his true feelings for Cortney buried deep, fearing the loss of their treasured friendship. When her blind date cancels last minute, leaving her dateless for the evening's festivities, Luke playfully offers to step in as her escort, secretly thrilled at the chance to pretend they’re something more.

As the day progresses, neither can ignore the magnetic pull between them. Can one special afternoon transform best friends into something more, or will their fear of rejection keep them trapped in the friend zone?

Love doesn’t have an age limitonly a leap of faith.

Nigel Wyndham, the 19th Earl of Birkenmor, is captivated by the elegant woman he meets in a small-town bookstore in Huckleberry Falls, Wyoming. Trish is charming, quick-witted, and a devoted fan of the
Misty Vale novels—a series he grew to love after the death of his first wife. But just whenever they begin to grow close, she pulls away, leaving him more intrigued than ever.

Widowed for a decade, Trish has learned the pain of loss and is determined not to let her heart get entangled with the captivating English earl. Yet, when he invites her to join him and his family on a trip to the Cotswolds—the very setting of the Misty Vale book she’s struggling to finish—she finds herself unable to resist.

In the heart of England, amid the picturesque charm of the Cotswolds, Nigel offers Trish a glimpse of the love she has long believed is out of reach. Yet, after four heartbreaks, does she dare to believe in happiness again—or will the fear of the inevitable loss win out?
