Lorana is a great author! This story was riveting from start to finish! Carter and April were introduced by one of Carter's teammates on the Texas Tornadoes football team. Both dated casually without commitment. So, they continued that with each other. But then a couple unexpected events occur which throws them back together. Can they both get over their baggage from divorced and uninvolved parents to decide to re-ignite their relationship, or not? There are some twists and turns in the story which keep you very interested and reading. Read it and see!

Lorana Hoopes is a really good story teller. This one is about two people who live life casually. April and Carter have been introduced by friends. Carter is a womanizer not looking to settle down. April just wants to date a football player to help her business. After hooking up, they develop deeper feelings for each other. What happens when circumstances throw them back together?

These characters were easy to like. I read the entire series back to back. I found I had already read a couple of them, but reading again was good, especially seeing how each of them learned to deal with their issues and grew in their relationships with each other and with God.
