Good story, had some suspense, friendships, and light romance. I like when bad guys are brought to justice and criminal rings are disbanded .

The action is swift moving and often tense. The personalities of the characters are realistically drawn. The terrible truth of baby selling through manipulation of pregnant young girls forms the basis of a plot you will not want to stop reading.

I really enjoyed this book except for the grammatical errors. These were few in number but it’s a pet peeve of mine. Each book in the series features a fireman or paramedic and their adventures. I’ve read many books by Lorana Hoopes and have enjoyed all of them.
